Kompetent reagieren in Notfallsituationen

Inhaltsangabe:Problemstellung: In der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit wird ein Unterrichtskonzept zum Thema Kompetent reagieren in Notfallsituationen erstellt. Das Unterrichtskonzept enthält vier praxisauthentische Situationen, die an Hand der Simulationen dargestellt werden. In Kapitel 2 wird die Relevanz des Themas beschrieben und auf die Kompetenzen der Pflegefachpersonen diesbezüglich eingegangen. Außerdem wird im gleichen Kapitel das Fachwissen erläutert. In Kapitel 3 wird das Unterrichtskonzept vorgestellt. Dieses Konzept ist als eine Vertiefung zum Thema Notfallsituationen vorgesehen und wird an Hand der Simulationsmethode vorgestellt. In Kapitel 4 wird Bezug auf lerntheoretische Grundlagen der Pädagogik, Didaktik und Methodik genommen. Unsere didaktischen Überlegungen zum beabsichtigten Unterrichtskonzept führen uns zum erkenntnisorientierten Unterricht nach Norbert Landwehr. Dazu wird auch die Methode der Simulation beschrieben. In Kapitel 5 wird die Evaluation einer bereits durchgeführten Unterrichtssequenz dargestellt. Methode der Diplomarbeit: wir haben uns in dieser Diplomarbeit für eine Bearbeitung der Literatur und die Evaluation eines bereits durchgeführten Unterrichtes entschlossen. Zielsetzung: durch eine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit dem Fachthema sowie mit der Didaktik und Methodik möchten wir exemplarisch ein Unterrichtskonzept in Anlehnung an die Simulationsmethode erstellen. Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist, für Lernende der Diplomausbildung Pflege, Höhere Fachschule (HFS), ein Unterrichtskonzept zu entwickeln, das sie befähigen soll, ihre Handlungskompetenzen (Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten) in Notfallsituationen durch Simulationen zu erwerben, zu vertiefen und zu überprüfen.
