Mikroskopische Beobachtungen von Ausscheidungen in austenitischen und ferritischen Stählen nach dem Kriechversuch

Die Temperaturen, die für den Daue~betrieb von Dampfkesseln und Wärme kraftmaschinen angewandt werden, sind im Laufe der Jahre, in dem Bestre ben, den thermisohen Wirkungsgrad zu verbessern, immer höher getr~eben worden. Damit sind auoh die Anforderungen an die Kesselbaustoffe ganz er heblich gewaohsen. Die für diesen Zweck entwickelten Stähle enthalten stets mehrere Legie rungselemente, von denen bei den ferritischen Stählen Chrom, Molybdän und oft auch Vanadin, bei den austenitischen Chrom-Nickel-Stählen die Ele mente Titan, NiOb/Tantal und Molybdän vorzugweise zu nennen sind [1], [2]. Mit de. stets vorhandenen Kohlenstoff bilden diese Legierungselemente Karbide, die im Gebrauchszustand mehr oder weniger vollständig ausge schieden sind. Die hohe Warmfestigkeit dieser Stähle wird mit der Wirkung dieser Aussoheidungen in Verbindung gebracht. Die Aussoheidungen in den warmfesten Stählen können nur solange ihre festigkeitssteigernde Wirkung ausüben, als sie genügend beständig sind. Die bisherigen Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, daß über sehr lange Zeiten gesehen eine vollkommene Beständigkeit der Karbidphasen in den warmfesten Stählen nicht vorhanden ist [3 bis 11]. Die Veränderung im Aufbau der Stähle beim Abschrecken und beim Anlassen setzt sioh bei den Gebrauohs temperaturen fort, wenn auch mit äußerst niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten. Man könnte die Grenztemperatur für die Verwendung eines Stahles so defi nieren, daß bis zu dieser die Geschwindigkeit der Ge füge ände rungen und damit die Änderungen der Festigkeitseigenschaften gerade nooh tragbar bleiben. Der Nachweis der Veränderungen im Gefügebau verlangt wegen der geringen Größe der unter aer Einwirkung von Temperatur, Zeit und Belastung ausge schiedenen Teilohen die Anwendung verfeinerter Untersuchungsverfahren.a:0sadasda
